About The Survey

Contraception is not easy. Many factors contribute to really succeeding on a birth control method. What is right for your friend or sister may not be right for you. And what was right for you at one point in your life may not be right for you now. Plus, there are new birth control methods added to the market all of the time! How are you supposed to know what method is best for you?

This survey asks you not only your medical, gynecologic, and obstetrical history, but it also asks about your life, your goals, and your history with birth control. These questions are very personal, but so is the choice of your method of birth control. We hope that the survey makes this process easier for you. Also, when something changes (your health, family planning goals, family size, birth control methods available, etc) you can come back to the survey and see if the best method for you is different than what it once was.
